End-Of-Life (EOL)

Queclink constantly evaluates and updates our products to meet market trends and customer demands. After careful deliberation, Queclink makes a decision to announce the end-of-life products. All products reach the end of their life cycle for several reasons, including market changes, technology innovations and replacements with upgraded products. After the specific phase out time, Queclink will no longer accept orders from end-of-life products. Queclink will maintain one-year warranty and earnestly provide lifetime technical support and a one-year warranty due to the reason of recognizing the risk of impacting your business. Queclink will work closely with you to minimize any disruption and ensure a seamless transition.

With the purpose of our product life cycle introduction, the End-Of-Life definitions apply:

Phase Out Time: The date when the product EOL nofitication has being sent out.

Status: The current stage of product life cycle where the product stays.

Alternative Plan: The iterated product that we recommend to use in replacement.
