Queclink LTE Tracking Device Officially Recommended By MTS In Russia

Queclink, a leading supplier of wireless M2M devices and solutions, announces that GL500MG model of our LTE asset tracking devices is now listed on the list of recommended NB-IoT devices by Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (a.k.a. MTS), Russia’s leading mobile operator and media and digital services provider.

MTS, the leading telecommunications group in Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, announced the launch of the first Russia-wide network for IoT services and devices based on NB-IoT technology back in September 2018 – being the first operator to do so in the country. Two years later in August 2020, Queclink GL500MG, after going through strict testing procedures, successfully passed certification and is listed on the list of recommended NB-IoT devices by MTS.

GL500MG, the waterproof asset tracker with fallback to 2G is ideal for monitoring logistics transportation and cargo tracking. It features built-in temperature and light sensors, is the perfect choice for monitoring cold chain like pharmaceutical transportation, as well as warehouse management.
